Luckily, you can combat this feeling naturally – with these easy fixes, you’ll be feeling fabulous again in no time!

  1. Exercise! If you feel sluggish and you don’t feel like exercising, that’s exactly when you should be exercising. Working out will give you the energy lift you need by producing endorphins. Not only that, but you will be happier and your body will thank you for it. And make sure you do it no later than 3 hours before bedtime!

  5. Stay connected – form a support system. At this point in your life, you need a support system to keep you feeling happy and loved.
